! I asked where you got it and you told me off etsy! Yes, I'm sure way easier then cutting it all by hand and hoping it fits together right! I just cheated and bought the kit! It was worth the $3, but that would be fun to actually do it from scratch!
Only $3.00! Now that was a bargain and your son's face…priceless

I baked a new cookie recipe today and it is a keeper! It is from and ad in the Costco Connection. I used Cafe D'Vita mocha cappuccino mix by you can use any brand.

Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies

2C Flour
1 C Mocha Cappuccino Mix
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking Soda

1 C (two cubes) Butter
1 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 C Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda and cappuccino mix.
In a separate medium bowl, beat together the butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs and beat until smooth.
Mix dry ingredients into the batter. Stir in Chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonful’s onto and ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a few minutes. Using a spatula, transfer cookies from baking sheet to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Makes 48 cookies.
