It's coconut fat. I just looked it up and it says that it's produced only in Australia. I did not know that. Copha is used in the Australian staple food known as chocolate crackles. What's copha?

Isn't it funny what you don't know until you look things up on the internet. LOLDidn't know that's what it was!

Well it kinda worked

Got a bit well done though, definatly needed a shorter cooking time than the recipe.
It was much denser too so maybe it did need that 15g of yeast. Seems an awful lot though.
Flavour wise it was really really nice and I think I'm going to have to give it another try. The filling was super yum!
Took me all day though and I couldn't help wondering if it would be easier to go buy one for $8 at the bakery lol
Ohhhhh look what I just found in my Molly dye survival manual while looking how to remove lipstick stains. A bee sting recipe! Yummo!!

Making it now!
Edited to add baking for 3/4 hr at 200c was too long. Five minutes before my timer went off I could smell it starting to burn. So probably closer to 35 minutes.
And my chocolate hot cross buns. Turned out yummy!
