For regular cooking you will want a pressure cooker. It is pretty much required when you get close to 7000ft.I'm going to have to read up on baking at high altitudes, I've never had to learn before. The place we're going has an elevation of over 6,800'...where we are now the elevation is only about 16'. Quite a change, lol.
But yes, exciting!
For high altitude baking, you need less levening. There may be other changes too, like oven temperature.
