Looks great! Glad you enjoyed my recipe (yes, I made it up). I've never worked with Einkorn before. I should order some from Azure next time I order.

My Azure cut off for ordering is Thursday. I have started an order and have more Einkorn, Spelt and kamut grain ordered. Einkorn grain also make a good breakfast cereal too.

I baked:
Pizza on Friday
Coffee cake and Sourdough Orange Ginger Bread on Saturday
Whole Orange cake on Sunday and a clay baked pot roast
Last night I came home from work and baked three loaves of white bread

That reminds me, I need more flour!

All sourdough, all the time. I did these last week.

Gluten-free loaf I am working on. I had better l results this time.

Still a bit dense for my liking, but my taste testers loved it.

A full grain, multi-grain loaf I developed.

Working on baguettes today. They will bake on Thursday.
