Any Home Bakers Here?

I love to bake with things I grow in my garden, I made zucchini cupcakes with a cream cheese frosting. Then I made a zucchini cake with a glaze on top. I also bake zucchini and pumpkin breads. One time I made pumpkin cookies.
Hi, welcome to the forum and thread. I often get zucchinis, are they sweet cakes that you make?
 
Thank you ,I am new here and still figuring things out. I am alway trying new things with the produce I grow. How do you prepare your zucchini?

I have never even tried Zucchini :oops:....but love Summer Squash Casseroles :drool.

And love all things pumpkin, would you share your cookie recipe??
 
Ok, then Road Trip to Wyoming...but personally, I would prefer to go late summer when there's no chance of snow.:cool:
August 21, 2017 not too far north of @N F C will be dead center for the solar eclipse. I will be very close to the center path of the eclipse without even going anywhere.
 
2 1/2 cups flour
1teaspoon baking powder
1" baking soda
1" cinnamon
1/2teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2" salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2cup soft butter
1cup pumpkin
1egg
1teaspoon vanilla
350 oven
Mix dry then mix wet then together
Grease cookie sheets drop rounded tablespoons bake 15-18 mins cool
Glaze 2 cups powered sugar
1tablespoon melted butter
1teaspoon vanilla
3tablespoons milk mix until smooth drizzle on cooled cookies. They are a soft cake like cookie
