Your bread looks delicious!

Thanks! I had never made French onion soup before, and we were just kind of ad libbing here and there, but it turned out really good! I definitely plan to make it again.

Today is another soup day (very cold), so I'm going to make a pot of split pea soup with rosemary yeast rolls. Me & Hubs love split pea soup!

Here's another pic I had stored up. These are the baguettes I made for the French onion soup that me and my son made recently. The baguettes turned out a little bigger and fatter than I was expecting, but that's not necessarily a bad thing - lol.

And since this IS about BAKING..........I got a couple soughdough loaves rising right now. Hoping theyll puff up in time to have with said chili
