Ron it DOES make sense. This is the recipe:
3 cups of warm water
1 tlbs spoon kosher salt
1 1/2 tlbs yeast
6 1/2 cups all purpose flour
My antique tin that makes a two pound loaf: 11 x 4
My math is WEAK. How would you double this recipe? How come
you are so intelligent? regards, Aria(this recipe makes one 2 pound loaf and one one pound loaf....I want to make 3 two pound loaves)

6 cups of warm water
2 tbs. kosher salt
3 tbs. yeast
13 cups all purpose flour
X2...the 13 cups of flour is a guide though. It may take a couple of cups more or less. So touch the dough to gauge the flour.
