@DigMyChicks sorry, but DH doesn't really have a recipe for his chili. He just kind of throws things in until it tastes right (and it's always so good).

Today I'm going to the store to get some 1/4 lb. beef hot dogs so we can have chili dogs (with A&W root beer!) for dinner.

Is anyone making anything special for Easter dinner? Hard to believe it will be this Sunday.

I have to figure that out still!

There are a lot of things going on since my DW is on the worship team, she has to be at all of them. That will make it hard to time dinner

We have always had Ham for Easter - need to stick to tradition with my Dad. I have always wanted to make Lamb for Easter, but with the group of us, it was always too expensive and I wasn't sure about my nieces and nephews. This year I am making a boneless Leg of Lamb and a small Ham. There will only be 6 of us, lol! I will have leftovers, I hope. I am such a rebel...

We usually have ham. One year one of my Uncles caught a Sacramento River Channel catfish so we had it too.

I like the fish better than the ham!

We have a Ham curing since last Saturday. We are going to slow smoke it Saturday for 10-12 hrs at 180ish*.. Apple wood & Pecan.
