Chocolate American Buttercream

Frosts 2 dozen cupcakes.

2 sticks (1 cup) Softened Butter
4 Cups Powdered Sugar
2/3 (?) cup Cocoa powder
2 teaspoons milk
1/4 tsp salt

1. Cream Butter for 3 minutes in stand mixer.
2. Add 1 cup of sugar at a time mixing for a minute between each cup.
3. Sift in cocoa and beat for another minute.
4. Add milk to thin, as well as the salt, and beat for another minute or so.
