Any Home Bakers Here?

Not crazy at all! I can't make a nice looking omelet in any kind of skillet. DH takes care of those around here (he makes pretty ones like you do).
I have a new skillet I found at the Grocery outlet. It is a light cast iron that is easy to lift. I is similar to a steel pan but acts more like cast iron.

I am careful to not change temperature too quickly with it so that it does not crack. It is becoming my go to pan

We have a good set of Caphalon and a pretty good compliment of cast iron the griddle that came ti the stove is a heavy cast iron so are the burner grates

Lower heat is the trick to an omelet with me. Mine are boring. I only put cheese in them.

Just finished making the venison chili, and it is very delicious.

I'm a wuss when it comes to spice, so I did not make it too spicy.
