Any Home Bakers Here?

Here is my pizza dough recipe. If I'm in a big hurry, I make it as is.

To make it a yeast pizza, I just add about a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of yeast to the water first (warm water) and let it proof for about 5 minutes. After mixing everything together, and getting the pizza ready, I tend to let it rise for 20 minutes but I'm not sure if I actually have to do that part or not. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. This is the yeast I use.

Hubby loves when I get fancy and roll mozzerella sticks in to the crust to make stuffed crust :)
