Those of you that had quiche....will we have recipes? Thanks
Great way to use ALL THE EGGS we now have. Our chickens
finally are giving us EGGS. I like NO CRUST. Aria
I made this as I have too many eggs.

10-12 eggs (I used 12)
3 cups shredded sharp or regular cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
Black Pepper
A little onion powder
Squirt of Yellow Mustard
3 cups garlic cheese croutons
1 lb bacon, sausage or ham (cooked)

Mix all together and bake at 350* for an hour or a little more. I cover it with tinfoil until the last 15 minutes or so.

For the rock candy, it looks like you will need to find a place with a more stable temp to grow bigger crystals.

Back in high school, our chemistry teacher would let us take home a jar of chemical solution and grow crystals as extra credit. I set my jar up with a knot at the end of the string and set it down in our unheated basement for the week. After the first day, I removed all but 1 crystal and by the end of the week, that one crystal had grown to about an inch in diameter. AND I remembered to remove it from the solution before I took it to school so it didn't redissolve when it warmed up. Teacher was impressed by my ability to do nothing else but set a jar down on a shelf and leave it alone, lol. I was the only one in my class to actually grow a crystal, instead of handing in a mat of little crystals. Extra credit was always good!

This is a Frittata since it does not have a pie crust?
