Not into Vegan either Jared scrambled eggs with ham breakfast

I'm not vegan, but there's nothing wrong with vegan food. I once made a pulled Jackfruit dish, basically pulled pork, but with jackfruit.

We're not entirely vegan either. We just like to try to incorporate more vegan food in to our diet. We always feel so much healthier and have more energy when we eat that way. I don't think any of us could give up pizza and there's nothing like a pile of eggs with cheese in the morning I've tried jackfruit before....I did NOT like it lol. Maybe I need to try it a couple different ways but it's a big no for me right now lol.

We had Pizza for dinner last night. This morning I used the left over toppings to fill and omelette

Vegetable rennet and cheese wax just came in the mail! I'm going to be making some cheese in 2 hours.

I say two hours because I need to start it at just the right time so when it presses for 12 hours, I'll be in bed. Then, when I wake up, I can just remove it from the press!

I am making Farmhouse cheddar, by the way.

Wow ravioli in a bit for now I have done the coops and cat boxes washed my hands 4 times chocolate chip peanut butter cookie bars cup of pudding added but no other sugar
leftover vanilla pudding added to box of banana pudding then cut a banana in may add another yet

I have a chicken smoking in the pellet BBQ and am heading out soon to do yard work.

@ronott1, I always have fun making cheese! It's so much fun to do! After this Farmhouse cheddar, I might try something new. Right now I'm debating on whether I should try to make Leicester or not. Maybe on monday Who knows?
