What size are your little souffle pans? & How long do you cook your mini souffle's?
I have only made one souffle in my life, it was really good, and it is something I would like to do more of. I have some ramekins that would make nice little individual souffles, but not sure how long to cook them. Is there a secret to knowing when a souffle is done?

This morning I mixed up a batch of 3-2-1 Cake mix using a yellow cake mix. I had some diced sweet cherries that I needed to use up so I mixed up a 3-2-1 in a ramekin and spooned the cherries on top. It turned out so yummy! definitely doing fresh berries in my snack cakes - trying strawberries next.

I think peaches with cinnamon & sugar will be good for breakfast!
My produce box had some very nice apricots in it! They look like the ones I used to grow years ago. When they are ripe, they would be very good in that recipe too
