I have been following a recipe and yes feeding it, lol. It didn't look like it was doing anything until I put a pinch of sugar in. I have a cold kitchen so that may be a factor. I noticed other recipes did call for sugar but this one did not. It's day 8 so maybe it just takes this long.I am not the professional....others on this thread are. BUT, I am
guessing perhaps you should Feed it. Your "Baby Sourdough Starter" may be telling you it is hungry.

I was just hoping for more bubbly stuff going on. I'm not in a hurry to use it, just want to see it work. It did have a few little bubbles this morning.let me know how it does please

You should dump out half and add flour and warm milk every 12 hours.I've been taking out half?
These were yeast based. and the crumb wasn't quite right, but they too less than 2 hours and tasted fantastic.Bob, Did you use Sourdough? They look great. English Muffins
