They look DELICIOUS! Reminds me of when my mother would make fresh biscuits and serve them to us warm out of the oven with melted butter and maple syrup. We loved it!

Thank you! They were so good! The only time I’ve ever made biscuits instead of hockey pucks! @ronott1 suggested low protein flour and it really works!
