Penny Jo, Debby, Ron...Thanks for your kind LIKE. I have been trying
different additions with my Sourdough Bread. Ron tried Spelt Flour and
I decided to try it. I used an enriched Bread Flour, Whole Wheat Flour and Spelt Flour....and as before I added Whey Protein Powder and Flaxmeal. And it is working Fine. AND thanks to Ron ....his sourdough
starter HAS BECOME SO ACTIVE. I used 1/2c of the sourdough starter...
and added 1/2 c flour and 1/4 c water (after I used the 1/2c of SDS)...now
in a WARM kitchen it is almost to the top of my Sourdough Starter Jar....
GREAT. I am having fun. Aria

So happy you enjoy it as we do

Besides the source that it comes from, What is the difference between goat's milk and cow's milk? I'm planning on making some goat cheese sometime, so I want to know the difference.
Besides Debby's explanation, my understanding is that goat milk is naturally homogenized so it is harder to separate the fat out, I think you pretty much NEED a cream separator. I've had goat butter, it is very white.
