@ronott1 I just finished the sourdough bread. Does it look good? Also, according to some directions, I hear you have to let the sourdough flavor develop for 2 hours.
Is that correct?
Here is the recipe I used.

I would be ticked off about that goose. Doncha hate when that happens. On night shift at the hospital, we had a thanksgiving dinner- brought turkey, dressing and the fixings. We put the left overs in the break room fridge, thinking we would make turkey sandwiches the next night along with leftover fixings. When we got there, there was nothing but a bony carcass- completely empty of any meat at all and a bunch of empty or nearly empty bowls. Those pirrhanas put the foil back on so we would not notice before they left. We had to send someone to Walmart at 2 am for lunch meat and chips.I remember once during hunting season when I took a Canada Goose. It was a decent 10 lb Goose empty weight. I cooked it and brought it into work for a feast. Shortly after, I had to leave. When I came back to start my shift, the entire Goose was gone.
AHA! That is the answer. A witch got it stuck and you need a witch to get it unstuck!I have twisted and turned it every witch way.
Probably a real treat for them to have goose. I've never had it.I remember once during hunting season when I took a Canada Goose. It was a decent 10 lb Goose empty weight. Forgot to mention - yesterday I made the King Arthur sourdough loaf and @N F C's burger buns. Both came out well, used 2 buns last night, half the loaf of bread for French Toast this morning. Next time I make either I'm substituting 1/2 whole wheat flour though, we just aren't white bread people!
Oh and before I made those I ran across a video on how to measure flour. Dip - Level - Pour?? NOT! The guy said you have to weigh it or you will have too much. Flour (white??) weighs 125 grams per cup. I did the DLP and it was about 160g just like he said. Maybe that is why the two breads came out better than prior efforts.
