Any Home Bakers Here?

Debby, Any hard Cheese would work, cheddar, any one you like and a
mixture is fine too. I am making an egg dish: two potatoes, THIN....1/2
onion....let cook brown, two or 4 eggs with a fork-beat....add grated cheeses top....cover and cook about 5 mins. Enjoy. Aria

Question for you that make frittatas or quiche...what types of cheese do you use? I've always used Swiss but don't have enough to make one with today so I was wondering what else would work well.
Can't make them with cheese now, but back when I used cheese in cooking it was whatever I had on hand. In my book eggs go with nearly any kind of cheese.
 
Blueberry crisp....smells amazing! Brats, baked beans and chips to go along with it.
