Thanks Debby: I think I will use the Molasses instead of the Honey with the Multigrain Bread and I will use the Honey for the Raisin Bread. No biggy...just my choice. The Raisin Bread with the Molasses is REAL dark.

It is good to hear that the baking is going well!This one's for Ron, the best baking teacher in the whole world. I must have driven him half mad with my questions. Until I found him here I did nothing but fail. Maybe I'll never be great at baking but I really enjoy my bread.

Just vacuumed. Wow it's been a day and a half here. Had to dash from one job to another all day. Cleaned a window then gardend rushed back in started my dough covered it, back into the garden then the fluffy butts got bathed and were sulking so gave them treats. Scrubbed hands soaked nails in vinegar and bicarb bashed bread, covered again back the garden. On so on , it's been an eventful day. Now sitting and chilling out to the soothing sound of my dog snoring with a very well deserved glass of wine and chatting to youVery nice Marie .. have 2 coops cleaned think I will work on the house needs vacuumed
will make bread tomorrow still need to clean the banty coop
