YES....I will be looking for results. Interesting. AriaThey let the gas out but not in. That will keep the sourdough fresh and not build up pressure in the jar.

I was thinking they might come in handy for sourdough as well @Aria so I’ll be watching for results as well.They let the gas out but not in. That will keep the sourdough fresh and not build up pressure in the jar.
