Ron, The dough seemed wet when I was doing fold and stretch ...I ordered a Bread Lame....and I wanted to try it. My husband opened the Amazon box ...and brought my gloves and brushes I purchased and no
bread lame. I went checked the box and there it was. He is out sighting in his gun getting ready for hunting and does not know. He will hear it
loud and clear when he gets home. I wanted to score the loaf. Of course getting ready to GO was more important to opening the box and removing. Aria
