So, has anyone started thinking about Thanksgiving or Christmas and what recipes they want to make (or try for the first time)?

Since T-giving will just be 2 of us, I'm going to try a new recipe with turkey breasts. No need for a huge bird here.

We actually bought a turkey. as the daughter was going to come over. Due to a certain bug going around she changed her mind.
Now we have a turkey fit for 8 plus. They won’t eat any chicken I process which is what we would have had.

Good thing there's a lot you can do with turkey! I actually like the leftovers better than the first time around.

Yes bone broth would be a better term but it starts with onion celery carrots so I call it soup
