Any Home Bakers Here?

If I had to guess I would say you put raw dough ,your loaf in that and put it at a set fridge to retard the yeast . Retarding the yeast gives the dough flavor, But not sure ! You can then flop it over without punching down and coat the top with egg whites and split . But not sure .

Marie, You have Baking Tools. A danish Whisk to stir, A lined basket
to place the Bread to proof in and probably stencils for the bread tops.

Aria. I've started making a loaf a few hours ago, I'm leaving a picture here. Do I have to take the air out of it before baking? It looks good to me right now. I was hoping to bake it in the morning.
