I just made three balls of dough. Two pizza and a sweet bread dough. I just hope I grab the right one for the right thing!

499g of mixed un-bleached and spelt.
2 tbl spoons of olive oil
4 teaspoons of dried milk. (A tip of Ron)
1 and half teaspoons of salt
warm water
