Any Home Bakers Here?

When I made bread last week it was the opposite. I somehow forgot about it, should have put it in the oven about 6 PM. Remembered it was out at 5:30 AM. It sank in the middle. Kinda dry on top and extra crunchy on top after baking but still edible. I AM going to remember when I make another loaf tomorrow!!


I meant the eggs on the counter in front of the red spoon rest.
Ahh that makes more sense. Those eggs are from a New Years HAL 2016 contest.
 
@MIAMI LEGHORN is to blame for the stromboli. Was going to make pizzas and garlic bread today, but saw their post and thought id give it a go.

I took some photos of rolling one using the greaseproof paper too.
