Any Home Bakers Here?

Back to my question. Anybody got a seven grain or 12 grain bread recipe that does not involve a bread machine?
Hi Jared,

Use any bread recipe you want to use and add some soaked for 30 minutes 12 grain cereal to it.

You will need to adjust the flour by adding less. Go by feel of the dough.

I would start with half a cup of cereal and go up from there until you are happy with the results.

OK, I need some help. Me and my mom tried making bread together, and this happens every time. We are obviously doing something wrong. It’s splits in the oven.

Granted, I got a good rise in the oven. However, it just looks ugly. I don’t want it to look this way, I want it to look better!

What the heck happened, and how do I prevent it from happening again?

Here’s the recipe I followed.

We rolled the bread into loaves, shut the seam, put it seam side down in a sprayed loaf pan, made sure it was nice and smooth, and we have no idea what the problem is.

This is getting VERY frustrating. Why can’t I make it look nice? It makes me SO ANGRY!
It needs some work on the final shaping. I use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangle and then roll the dough up tightly. the ends are folded under and the seem at the bottom is pinched together. The dough goes into the pan with the seem on the bottom

Turned out much better today. Thank you all for the advice.

Hey everyone 👋
I just started using my bread machine for making dough. I’ve made bread many times but never tried the dough setting. So glad I finally did! My hands are bad so making bread dough takes a lot out of me. Now I get to make some of my favorites with hardly any effort on my part!
Today I made dinner rolls.

Ive made cinnamon rolls twice now. I need to use bread flour next time and I want to try the bread machine yeast too.
Also curious if anyone has a good cream cheese frosting recipe for the icing. I always make a vanilla powder sugar glaze, but I want something different.

Great looking rolls!

I love this cream cheese frosting for cinnamon rolls, you put it on while the rolls are still warm: #10
