Any Home Bakers Here?

Saturday and Sunday, my church is having its general conference. I’m trying to figure out some things I can bake while I listen to it on the TV. So far, I got carrot cake, a ham dinner, and bread.

I just did Laundry. Bread Making...will need to wait
maybe next week> feeling stronger...but still have a

I have a question, should I make my banana bread recipe and fill muffin cups with it or should I use a muffin recipe.. Ah never mind I'll look up an actual banana muffin recipe. Just wondered but better not.

I make many cake or such in muffin cups most I have done is add a 3rd egg
