Ok, finally back. It was a good funeral.

Growing up, funerals were always alot of tears - and alot of laughs. It's always nice to see family and remember the good times, but so sad to lose a loved one. We had family that we only saw at funerals, which is sad on another aspect of life.

I did not grease my springform pan for my no-bake cheesecake. It was very difficult to get the crust off the bottom. I really like the idea of lining the it with parchment paper so I could slide it right off onto a serving plate right away. That's what I'll do in future!

That wasn't very clear. I meant it was hard to get the pie off the bottom of the springform pan. The crust REALLY stuck!
