That wasn't very clear. I meant it was hard to get the pie off the bottom of the springform pan. The crust REALLY stuck!

Sorry you had a problem with that.

I just leave the bottom of the springform pan in place and serve the cheesecake right on it. Guess that's why I never had a problem with it

I always grease the pan, put parchment paper on the

Yes, that's what I did. But the crust stuck to it.

After much trial and error, I finally found a chocolate cookie recipe that's perfect for us! Slightly crispy edges, soft in the middle, and full of chips.

I followed this recipe: giant-chocolate-chip-cookies but instead of making 6 huge cookies, I made 14 smaller ones (and they are still big).

Thanks Ron, I'm glad to have found a recipe that I really like for them.
