An attempt at sourdough. It needs to rise for 60 more minutes, then I’ll pop it in the oven.

You have a recipe for Banana Walnut Muffins here: https://www.backyardchickens.com/posts/22200572Someone asked me today for my banana nut muffin recipe. I couldn't find it here in the Index (unless I just missed it) so here it is:
Banana Nut Muffins (makes 6 large or 12 regular size)
Muffin:
1 1/2 Cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 mashed, ripe bananas
1/2 Cup white sugar
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 Cup melted butter, cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Cup chopped, toasted nuts (walnuts or pecans are good)
Topping:
1/3 Cup packed brown sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Tablespoon softened butter
*Preheat oven to 375*. Lightly grease either 12 regular size muffin tin cups or 6 large size muffin tin cups.
* In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
* In another bowl, beat together bananas, white sugar, brown sugar, egg, melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir in nuts.
* Mix wet and dry ingredients just until everything is moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups.
*Mix topping ingredients together and spoon over muffin mixture.
*Bake in pre-heated oven about 20 minutes for the smaller muffins and about 25 minutes for the large muffins...until a toothpick inserted in the center of them comes out clean.
