I've never made a cheesecake, but all this talk about cheesecake makes me want to make one! I don't have a springform pan, though. I'll just use a normal pan and parchment paper.

Wait... I'm supposed to be cleaning.... I'll clean while it's in the oven!

I didn’t bake yesterday, mainly because I was picking this up. Took 2 hours to get it to my house. A lot of work.

For those of you who don’t know, I am an amateur pool player. I am pretty good, though. I mainly play 8 ball and 9 ball. I LOVE 9 ball! Had to sell my last table a few years ago because I was moving. Finally got a hold of another one in my permanent place.

Time to get back into pool when I am not baking and I have free time!
