Just made Banana Bread this morning

It is very good!
Where I live we can't get a good cream, our cornish cream tastes like fungal to me. A local shop used to sell a wonderful double cream but they stopped supplying it to this area.

This shop keeps canceling the good produce because I called the farm too enquire why it was taken off our area

I don't know hat makes an item gluten free.

Tell me what it does or does need to be GF.
there are many more ingredients that can have gluten besides wheat flour, so I use gl-free canned cream soups for that recipe. For example, I didn't know any soy product has to be gl-free because they usually process soy beans through wheat! thickeners in the soup is the main issue
