Any Home Bakers Here?

My life is in the fast lane for me and will remain like this for the next few weeks until work has finished in my home. . So I miss out who has replied too me more and more often

Than I look in what's been last posted and due to our time difference Bakers thread is not showing. I lose Debbie's thread too and feel awful for missing out on all that's going on.

Plus I'm concentrating a lot on my chickens and have new girls from a battery farm. Hopefully I will get more organized soon

His complaint about the girls' eggs was that the yolks broke so easily, and he's right.

It has been an ongoing issue with my 3 hens, which are Black Australorps I got at TSC. The pullets I got this last spring are from a breeder, so we'll see if this continues with them.

I made this instead of a loaf today. Turned out nice and fluffy inside. I added garlic puree to the wet mix as I didnt have the powder. And also used a mix of oil, dry herbs, garlic puree then cheese for the top.
