My chili is an improv chili, unfortunately. It’s got coffee and cocoa powder and whatever I think sounds good

I am pretty much always cold (thyroid). But we've been hitting daytime temps in the upper 50's, lower 60's here, which is painfully cold to me, a former desert rat.

Lol, I don't get gas from beans! Cabbage and cucumbers yes, but not beans. Maybe because I grew up eating them? Like three times a week? I dono.

I'm with you on the spice level anyway. There's a difference between flavor and heat. I still want the use of my taste buds after the first bite!

Well I wouldn't like kidney beans in my chili, either! Good ol' pintos is what I use.
