Have a great day!

Very similar to how I do my birds now, but I also add an orange, lemon, lime and poultry herbs including Sage, thyme, oregano, rosemary and parsley. I rub the outside of the bird with a blend of spices I've developed over the years. I roast them way differently if store bought or heritage. Why is it called "tiger"? To me it looks like a leopard.
Either way, it looks delicious!
My cooking today was to bake a turkey, make gravy and mashed potatoes. We had our Friendsgiving celebration, and a lot to celebrate. Our "daughter" (friend young enough to be our daughter) who has lymphoma is in remission! We were all so very thankful for that!
I did the turkey differently this time too. I made stuffing and baked it in a casserole. I know, it's no longer considered safe to bake the stuffing inside the bird. But I put some onion, celery, carrot, and apple in the cavity to help keep the bird moist. It turned out better than the turkey I made at Thanksgiving.
At least send the recipe?????? AriaLooks really great Mazie send some over please.
This coffee cake just came out of the oven, one corner was sticking so of course I had to sample it.

Here you go. I just found it today and its delish from the sample I've had. Really thick though. I didn't use sour cream, but subbed greek yogurt and cut the glaze in half as it didn't need much more sweetness to it (a lot of times I don't even top coffee cake with glaze, but thought I'd give it a go this time). At least send the recipe??????
