The Standard recipe on the toll house cookie bag is the best.

Change the chips you use-- Dark chocolate chunks and add in toasted walnut or pecans for variety. Using butter helps too.

I agree with @ronott1. I can't remember if I use Nestle's or Hershey's recipe, but I'm sure they are very similar. I do roughly (I honestly don't measure any more) 2/3 semi-sweet, and 1/3 Reese's PB chips. I just put as much in as looks pleasing.

I have been doing a fair bit of baking which has increased over the last couple of years and since dropped off a little. Here are some pictures. Second photo is of a cake with avocado and chocolate icing. You could taste the slightest hint of tanginess contributed by the avocado, however, it only added more flavour to the cake in my opinion. The feedback was mixed.

1: Chocolate and orange cake.

2: Banana cake with avocado and chocolate icing.

3: Blueberry muffins.

4: Banana bread with cinnamon.
