That is not necessarily true. I do not get logged out every two weeks. BYC might log me out about once a year.
That is odd!

I had to log back in last week. Maybe it is because I setup two factor authentication.

I will have to check with the higher ups.
 
Hi @beetaLiK, welcome to the thread! I have never made sponge cake. I remember my mom making angel food cake and inverting the pan on wine bottle. I never asked why, and I don't know if it applies to sponge cake.
Usually recipes for roll up cakes are sponge cakes.

I have made Boston cream pie where the cake is a sponge cake. You have likely made them but they were called something else.
