Any Home Bakers Here?

Did a little more baking today. Made Taco Pizza. I posted my Taco pizza in an earlier post.

This one I made slightly different, It is like the Savanna Pizzeria pizza style.
Rolled out my dough, Then I pre-baked it for 7 minutes. I do pizzas at 440°F.

Spread out the refried beans, and then topped with taco meat. Back into oven for additional 10 minutes.

Pulled out my Cheese.

Diced/sliced up some grass :old:gig. That is GAREN SALAD MIX, It has more than just lettuce.:highfive:

I sliced first into individual size slices. Then I topped with cheese. Then I topped with grass.

Served each person a hot slice with cool topping of cheese, and grass. Of course everyone kept coming for seconds,,,,,,, until there was no more.:drool:drool:drool

I do think it is because I am so happy to be able to USE IT. I find
myself baking More and More with my SOURDOUGH...Love it.
THANK YOU RON....OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
It is good to see you able to bake again!
My next baking will be pizza tomorrow and then bread and bagels on the weekend.
 
Here are the totals for sap from the sap run so far:

Sap run season total: (3 gallons + 1 cup + 4 oz)

Total sap unboiled: (3 quarts + 1 cup + 6 oz)

Total sap boiled: (2 gallons + 1 pint + 1 cup + 6 oz)

Net total syrup obtained from sap: (1 cup + 2 oz)

Syrup eaten: (2 oz)

Syrup on hand: (1 cup)
Jared, You did an Excellent Project...hope you had fun. It is a
lot of work...but if you enjoy it....It is FINE. Look forward to more
yearly. And once you enjoy the taste of the Real Maple Syrup....
you will always Want it. It is so good.
