I am old fashioned....use metal with paper liners. Works for me,
silicone cupcake liners are useful. They don't get caught in the folds of the cupcakes/muffins like paper ones can and are reusable. I'm big into reusable.

They are also good for freezing eggs in the spring/summer when the girls are over producing for use in winter when the girls don't produce.

Made a batch of personal pizzas. It's kind of cheating,,,, because the crust is pita bread. We usually have on hand when making Super Tacos:drool:drool:drool
These 6 inch pizzas are topped with mushrooms, and diced red onion on top of cheese. Used Marinara as base sauce.

Mine did. I kept trying with more, and different oils/sprays and good old fashioned crisco lard.

It’s a wartime silver nickel. 35% silver.

I found it in circulation.

I already posted recipe for the dough previously, so will skip that. BTW.. it is Baking powder raised,,, so no need for rise times.
Posting Play by Play so idea can be implemented in your baking.:thumbsup

This is my streusel, I make a large batch, and save extra for next bake.

Sprinkled with streusel and ready for oven. Baked @ 350°F for 50 minutes. Toothpick came out dry.

Notes;
Same dough but 2 different fruit fillings.
I used the round pans that are somewhat shallower than bread loaf pans. That is reason for the shorter bake time. Original recipe stated 60 to 70 minute bake time. I checked at 50 minutes,,, and cakes were done. :old:highfive:
