Have you ever seen egg white wraps? The whites are scrambled, and cooked in a thin layer (skillet or oven), then used in place of tortilla shells.
Egg and cheese pizza, and… does anyone know what I’m talking about when I say a dish where you crack the eggs into tomato sauce? I think it’s been discussed before.

[Happy Novogens]

The Mocha Hazelnut Torte (pictured day before Easter) was a hit! It was a new recipe. The espresso powder & unsweetened chocolate in the batter was yummy. Icing had Nutella in it.
Toasted hazelnuts... oh my!

Made a frittata today. Contained cut up rotisserie chicken, thin-sliced potato, chopped onion, grated cheese, wilted spinach plus the eggs and heavy cream. It was very yummy and my family has asked me to make it more often! Next time, add mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
