Sounds good. I just took two Loaves of Sourdough Multigrain Bread out of oven.
Having company for Mothers's Day Weekend. Looking forward to the visit.

My just sourdough bread was rising on the counter for over twelve hours. I didn’t notice a rise, but it spread some. Admittedly, it’s about sixty-five in here. Anyway, here’s the baked bread.View attachment 3493933

Warmth is imporant. I made two loaves of Sourdough Multigrain Bread....Cooling
I put mine in my dishwasher with hot water ....RISES VERY HIGH. Of course I
have Ron's SDS and I Bake often. That may help. I need to get new USB-C to
fit my new iMac....or I would send photos. YOU HAVE SEEN my sourdough
loaves....and I have seen SOME of yours that looked GREAT.
