Any Home Bakers Here?

Please do explain the STABILIZED portion. First I hear of such term regarding whipped cream :idunno
It's when you add gelatin or cornstarch to the whipped cream to make it hold its shape, and it melts much more slowly. (But these are only two ways to make stabilized whipped cream.)

I used it for plated desserts or cakes that were on display at our family restaurant.

I've had Tervs for 20 years now. I do sheep herding with them. I have done agility and obedience in the past, and now to canine scent work. I love them!
Agility was new rally and obedience with conformation.

I have pie crust cooling to make the peanut better pie. @CountryCuratesWife
never heard of stabilized whipped cream
