The baked goods look like breakfast.

Temperature is in the 60s with high pollen count.

Made myself breakfast and I’m gonna get some work around the house done because it’s raining outside.

I shredded a couple of potatoes, soaked up some of the water (forgetting that I usually rinse them first), squished them into a sprayed muffin pan, added some egg, onion and cheese. Baked @350* for twenty minutes.
If you just plop an egg in, don’t forget to break the yolk before baking.

40 degrees here. Cloudy. Leaves are changing color s l o w l y.

It was 35°F. Some of the trees are already bare while others the leaves haven't changed color yet.

I took a male quail today. In fact, I shot off its head on accident.
