Any Home Bakers Here?

Made myself breakfast and I’m gonna get some work around the house done because it’s raining outside.
 
I shredded a couple of potatoes, soaked up some of the water (forgetting that I usually rinse them first), squished them into a sprayed muffin pan, added some egg, onion and cheese. Baked @350* for twenty minutes. IMG_6460.jpeg
If you just plop an egg in, don’t forget to break the yolk before baking.
