Is it a Nehi bottle?

We don’t know. All it says on the bottle is “Twin Falls Coca Cola Bottling Co.”

On the bottom it says “Twin Falls Idaho.” It has a bottle maker symbol with the plant and date code as well as other numbers.

It’s a 7 fl oz bottle, according to the markings.

Well, it’s about dang time! First waterfowl take of the season!

I finished processing the duck. It was 3 lbs 1 oz before processing. That’s actually the biggest duck I’ve ever taken.

Unfortunately, I could not save the giblets. I hit the duck just right, and the heart and liver were in pieces when I processed it.

No giblet gravy this time.

Oh well. At least I have dinner for tomorrow.

Anyway, I’m going to brine it tonight. Until then, I need some rest. That was a long walk for the hunt.

Jared YOU ARE A CARING FANTASTIC HUNTER. How quickly you got that
done. I remember when Floyd my husband got ducks ....it seemed to take
a WHILE.

I have been getting high blood pressure readings. DARN
