Any Home Bakers Here?

I've gotten 5 eggs the last few days. I've been adding light since the 1st of December. I turn a light on in the hen house at 5 am (when I walk thd goofy dog yhat won't go out by herself!) and DH turns it off when he lets thrm out at daybreak; we turn it on again in the evening, from 5 to 7 pm. This gives them a total of 14 hours of light.
 
Baked these Danish desserts. I used 390 cake flour. They came out really soft, and delish:drool:drool:drool

This was the filling I used. One can did all 12 pastries.

Update: the cookies aren't great. I also made my usual walnut fig version, which was outstanding. I think the pistachio overpowered the maple syrup sweetener... now it just tastes like a health cookie. Bleh. Hmmm, maybe there's a reason you see maple walnut everywhere and NOT maple pistachio! 🤪
I am a maple pecan fan 😉
 
The plan today is some chocolate chip cookies with my son, then he wants to also make brownies with my DW while the oven is still hot. We might also do some snickerdoodles as well.
All the plans of mice and men.......
We will do the baking this afternoon instead LOL.
