I think I found the manual for your oven...

It could be that one of the fuses went bad, which would be a cheap, easy fix. Or the electric heating element inside burned out; not as easy or cheap of a fix. Good luck!

And the first thing to always check... Is it plugged in? LOL

I actually just finished some testing when I saw this post.

It is plugged in, and according to a voltmeter, the fuses are intact and working.

This oven is very old, it came with the house. When we bought the house, the guy said that this oven dates back to when a school owned my house. Not sure of the year, though, but it is very old. They left it behind because they could not get it out the door.

I think I need a new oven.

Ahhh ok. I have a good cinnamon roll recipe but can’t find an icing that I like 🥲.
I like to use a buttercream frosting: 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and enough water to make it spreadable. I sometimes substitute lemon or almond for the vanilla. I also sometimes add cinnamon or nutmeg to the powdered sugar. Those rolls look really good!

SUGAR...IS NOT HEALTHY. IF YOU CAN KEEP IT LOW.....GREAT. I have
two loaves of Sourdough Multigrain Bread RISING. Aria
I'm sorry, but I have to disagree about sugar not being healthy. In excess, yes, it is not. But in moderation it is ok. I don't like artificial sweeteners. To many chemicals that cause unknown problems with your body. Saccharine causes migraine's in some people. If you are diabetic avoid sugar, if not use in moderation. Not trying to cause trouble, just my opinion.

In addition, the body cannot survive without glucose. If it was possible to completely eliminate sugar and everything the body converts into glucose, the body would die.

That sound really good!

The sourdough starter I'm attempting to get going has started to ferment a little.
