Nope. It's 1/2 all purpose flour and 1/2 rye flour. I hope the wild microorganisms make good bread. I will find out eventually. Those holes are bubbles from the gas created by fermentation.
That looks VERY STRONG.....I believe it will make a fantastic loaf. I make smaller
amount of SDS. I use l T of Rye or Whole Wheat to make 1/2 cup using: 1T RYE
then add remainder to fill the 1/2 cup of Bread Flour. MAY TRY 1/2 cup of rye only?

I'm sorry, but I have to disagree about sugar not being healthy. In excess, yes, it is not. But in moderation it is ok. I don't like artificial sweeteners. To many chemicals that cause unknown problems with your body. Saccharine causes migraine's in some people. If you are diabetic avoid sugar, if not use in moderation. Not trying to cause trouble, just my opinion.

I have to agree with you.

I have been putting fort the effort to lose weight since I
retired, and I eat anything.

I eat cake, candy, pie, and anything else I find that I want.

I have lost over 100 pounds.

My goal is always 5 pounds

It has taken me a while to lose it, but it is staying off.

Also I'm a grazer.
