Any Home Bakers Here?

Hi! I’m not the biggest baker but I enjoy it from time to time. One of my favorite recipes is the easiest and most delicious crackers:
2 parts flour
1 part heavy whipping cream
Salt/seasoning to taste
Knead the dough for 2-10 minutes ish (ten is best but they still taste good with only a little) and then roll it thin enough that you just barely see through, cut into shapes, and bake at 350 degrees until they’re golden brownView attachment 3755463
Thanks for the Recipe!

The crackers sound very easy.

Welcome to the thread.

any of you bakers heard of something called (not sure how to spell it but it is pronounced like ORSHTEDS) ? My grandma (who came over from Austria-Hungary when she was 16 in 1928) made them with --> eggs milk flour butter vanilla and ? idk but she mixed it together and baked in a big pan , it got all puffied up and crispy edges and was delicious

I am trying to figure this out. I am not coming up with much so far.

I’ll let you know if I find anything.
