I’ve found that golden sex links have BIG or fat brown eggs.Well, I was wrong about that large 2.5oz egg. It was a really big single yolk.

Maybe it means bigger eggs like that in the future? I don’t know.
The recipe is in the index, in the miscellaneous tabA recipe popular this time of year.
Salt dough ornaments (or baby hand and footprints)
2 cups flour
1 cup table salt
1 cup water
Mix the salt and flour together, then slowly add the water until a ball is formed.
Knead dough 7-10 minutes.
Roll out dough and cut into shapes.
Allow to air dry or bake at 325 on a foiled cookie sheet. For each 1/4 inch of thickness, cook for 1/2 hour.
Allow to cool, and decorate.
Store unused dough in a plastic bag.

It’s their first time seeing a lot of snow. So far only one of the Barred Plymouth rocks and one of the golden sex links are investigating what they call an unusual phenomenon.
Six eggs a day now.
